We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The location was great, not far from Prater park and 2 train stations from the city center. The hotel seems to be new or after renovation. The room was very clean. The staff was always friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included many options as well as a gluten-free option. The Sauna was great (we used it once and wish we could spend more time there especially in those cold winter evenings). We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and consider it for our next stay in Vienna.

The room we got was somewhere in the back, facing the courtyard but I didn't mind, I don't care about the view, I just want it to be quiet. So , facing the courtyard meant it was not very bright. All in all it was a good hotel, located close to Stephanplatz - like 15-20 min walk - close to 2 metro station, pretty clean, with good breakfast.

Great hotel at a great location, just 10 min walk from the city center, and also from Praterstern (train station), which is super convenient if you are taking a train from/to the airport. It is also very close to two metro stops and to other public transport. Prater amusement park is next to Praterstern. There are two Billa grocery stores nearby, as well as many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very charming, our room faced the open-air atrium and a joint balcony decorated with pots of flowers. They provide a bottle of mineral water and Nespresso capsules for the machine in the room on a daily basis free of charge. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is very kind. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, with modern and elegant facilities, in a strategic location to discover Wien: walking distance to the train station Praterstern (10 min) and to the center (30 min to Hofburg, 20 min to the Stephansdom), in a cozy and quiet residential area. The subway station of Nestroystraße is less than 5 minutes away, making it very easy to connect with every part of the city. The hotel staff was very welcoming and always quick to help. Our room was spacious and clean, with all needed amenities. We didn't choose the offered breakfast for the high price of 22 euros per person (it was offered for 19,5 on the day of our arrival, then changed on the weekend...) since the area is full of delicious pastry shops and bakers.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful location. You get out of Nestroyplatz subway station and just walk strainght for a couple minutes. There is also Billa just a few meters from the hotel, so the location is simply PERFECT. Another amazing thing was that right when we entered we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and professional receptionist and overall friendliness of the hotel staff was on this very high level for the rest of our stay. Our room was cleaned every day and we also got new packets of complimentary tea and coffee every day :)

Lovely room on the top of the hotel. The street is not too busy, so it was quiet and peaceful, even later in the evening. Well thought out design with everything you would need for a short stay within the bedroom/lounge part. The location is ideal, with enough happening on your doorstep to entertain but within walking distance of much more. The nearby bus, tram and metro stops mean the whole city and beyond is easily accessible. Good advice from Reception on all the city had to offer and the travel passes they can provide are exactly the same as you would get at any transport office. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was, again, a well laid out breakfast room with a great selection of food and a very efficient and attentive team. We never felt any disadvantage whether we took breakfast early or late and the whole experience was very relaxed. There is a nice bar at the hotel for a nightcap or snack and they had a late happy hour. The Reception team was exceptional and they looked after our luggage until we left the city late in the evening. Late check out at Noon meant a relaxed last morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this part of town.

The hotel is in a good location near the u1 nestroyplatz station less than 5 minutes walk and to the praterstion station (10 min walk) . The room was clean and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. In the hotel there is a nice gym and sauna. The room was clean, big and well designed. In the area there are restaurants of all kind (italian, burgers, kebab and asian) and a few bars and a few supermarkets (spar and billa) . On the corner, near the hotel in Libro you can buy a local sim card. We didn't have breakfast with our reservation.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Gave us lots of recommendations on what to do during our stay in Vienna. We did a night stay in Hallstatt in between and the staff were very helpful in storing our luggage while we were away. Good, quiet location - not directly in the busy centre, but close enough to a metro station that could take us there in a few stops. We preferred it this way. Room was nice and we always looked forward to returning to our accommodation at the end of a long day of exploring. Overall very pleasant experience - one of the best accommodations we have stayed in during our Euro trip!

Location is good, near U-bahn stations but also not too far to walk to the city centre. Room is modern, fairly spacious (but we were put in the top room in the loft so we lost a lot of headroom. Bathroom is also spacious. In our room there was a oven - but we cannot work it even after reading the manual (that I've found online). No cutlery or dishes provided so not sure what use of the oven and the washing facilities.

Perfect location for a city trip in Vienna. The center is 15 min. walk, there are restaurants nearby (L'orient is the best), and two underground stations are also 5 min walk. Prater is 10 min walk away..
